- Develop and execute FP&A strategies tailored to Constrafor's business needs.
- Create and manage detailed financial models including cost forecasting, budgeting and ROI analysis.
- Prepare and manage internal and external reporting that will be shared with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.
- Oversee financial risk management and compliance.
- Independently analyze complex data sets to identify relevant information, develop key takeaways, and make required recommendations.
- Evaluate investment opportunities with a strong emphasis on advanced financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
- Benchmark Company profile vs peers in similar industry and stage of company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of FP&A or financial ops experience within a startup.
- 3+ years of experience in either investment banking, private equity or consulting roles.
- Expert with financial excel modeling.
- Possess strong, problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results in FP&A and financial planning.
- Experience with SaaS products strongly valued.
- Proficiency utilizing reporting tools such as SQL or Tableau strongly valued.
- Competitive Salary: $140,000-165,000 base DOE.
