We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the creation and execution of innovative product strategies. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across the company to shape product direction and deliver impactful solutions. What you’ll do: 

  • As a Senior Partner Product Manager, build cross-functional relationships to identify and prioritize business challenges and opportunities to develop innovative solutions that align with our growth goals and vision..
  • Leverage partner and end user market research to validate product ideas and ensure alignment with Partner needs. Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to collect feedback and uncover key insights.
  • Draft precise, well-organized requirements, and acceptance criteria that clearly outline desired product functionality, business case and value proposition.
  • Work closely with Engineering, UX, and Partner Success teams to build and launch intuitive, user-friendly product features that meet the needs of our partners.
  • Drive and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap. Secure support and alignment from key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Partner Success and Leadership, to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Develop and manage a product backlog that reflects both strategic business priorities and partner needs.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and success of product features and initiatives. Communicate results and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies, including training materials, partner sales enablement and partner onboarding resources, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Establish a robust process for gathering ongoing feedback from partners including partner calls and meetings to continuously improve product functionality and performance.

 

Who you are:

  • Proven experience managing SaaS products and solutions from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
  • Bachelor's degree is Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of software Product Management experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to focus on multiple initiatives with little oversight
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and build relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional collaboration skills
  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Passion for helping small businesses succeed and motivated by the positive impact products have on their growth and development.

 

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
