General Summary:
The Website Conversion Manager is responsible for our website's conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B
and multivariate testing, web traffic and behavior analysis, and performance monitoring. This role works closely
with web developers, product managers, designers, and business teams to implement strategies that enhance user
experience and drive conversions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Marketing teams, with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Function as the SME for the Web team’s conversion optimization practice
- Partners with leaders and SMEs to develop and manage the experimentation roadmap
- Conducts A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different website elements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyzes web analytics data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve website performance
- Develops and implements conversion optimization strategies to increase website conversion rates and achieve business goals
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of optimization initiatives
- Creates detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and conversion optimization

- Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering measurable results
- Proficiency with CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Siteimprove, and similar platforms
- Preferred: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Preferred: knowledge of user experience design principles
