Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our small, North America-based team responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting an internal tool used by sales, support, licensing, and product management teams for managing customer systems and data. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a fast learner, capable of working independently with limited oversight, and adaptable to hybrid work hours.
