General Summary:

The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for promoting and enabling existing partners to fully utilize our products and services by providing expert-led learning content including presentations, webinars, and demonstrations showing the value of our solutions for partners. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to help customers accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail

• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

• May coach and review the work of other team members

• Subject matter expert, promoter, and demonstrator for assigned products

• Participates in the planning, creation, and presentation of training materials

• Presents product information at industry events

• Builds and delivers webinars to build learning content and knowledge

• Drives focus for ongoing staff development and training by providing and/or facilitating training solutions for identified gaps

• Facilitates partner feedback and concerns regarding products and solutions to the appropriate channels and actively addresses issues

• Builds and nurtures relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the partner while penetrating the account deeper

• Effectively networks within accounts to help partners achieve their objectives

• Monitors partner usage data, health indicators, partner maturity scores, renewal dates, and growth opportunities and translates into strategies for success

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: 

• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision

• Advanced knowledge of payment support typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience •

 Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise requirements

• Knowledge of the IT Service Provider market and business

• Ability to easily convey large amounts of complex information in a simple manner

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills

• Ability to make strategic suggestions for process improvement

• Well organized, with a high degree of initiative and endurance to prioritize

• Preferred: Working knowledge of ConnectWise products and platform features, capabilities, and best use

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of related experience

• Preferred: 2+ years of SaaS industry experience

• Preferred: MBA
