What you'll do:

  • Conduct Company overview with all new employees
  • Onboard and train all new sales hires, including, but not limited to, Sales Training, Product Training (Conductor Searchlight), Resources Training, and Certification
  • Develop and implement training for Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Solutions Consultants
  • Become an expert in Conductor Searchlight to effectively articulate the value proposition
  • Maintain all ongoing Conductor Searchlight Training for entire organization
  • Create and maintain collateral and documentation for new Feature and Product Certifications
  • Create and implement new programs to transition Sales Development Representatives to quota carrying roles as Account Executives
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product & Engineering Teams
  • Coordinate all relevant trainings as needed by the People and Performance Team
  • Maintain and enhance our Learning Management System
  • Facilitate webinars and meetings as well as create supporting documentation
  • Manage all role-playing and game-based training assessments
  • Continually track and report progress to upper management
  • Create a culture of training, betterment, and enablement across the entire organization

Who you are:

  • Coaching and Leadership is second nature
  • 4+ years of Sales Training, Sales Development and Sales Enablement
  • Experience training small and large class sizes
  • Expertise creating and presenting in PowerPoint
  • Process & detailed oriented
  • Creative, out of the box thinker
  • High growth environments don’t scare you
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations with diverse stakeholders
  • Constantly curious and always learning
  • Selfless and humble team player
