As Sales Development Director, you will own the “engine” that drives all sales activity for Conductor Searchlight (a leading-edge content intelligence / SEO SaaS technology that’s shaping the future of digital marketing). Whether it’s the people – hiring, training, coaching, mentoring of a group of 12-16 Sales Development Representatives or SDRs – or the process and tools, you’ll be charged with taking an existing team and approach and raising the bar to ensure we continually meet and exceed team and company goals. We’re looking for a dynamic leader to create new programs and efficiencies, optimize current training and execution, and increase the team’s productivity and success. You will lead from the front lines. You will be an integral part of the Sales Leadership team providing revenue opportunities for the company as well as insight and data for the future direction of our product.
