We are looking for a designer to create beautiful designs for our marketing presence. You will be involved in every aspect of design - from conceptualization to execution, and setting the tone for Conductor’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tools, templates, processes, and style guides to ensure brand consistency while championing design within our organization
  • Responsible for evolving and expanding the current Conductor brand
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear beautiful looking designs
  • Collaborate with cross functional marketing teams and other departments
  • Translate marketing briefs and actively participate in internal brainstorming sessions to create a range of design and creative assets including:
    • Campaign support: email design; landing pages, ads, blog imagery, web, social media imagery, and more
    • Sales enablement: sales presentations in PPT, data sheets, case studies
    • Content marketing: white papers, ebooks, research reports, infographics
    • Event support: booth design, signage, invitations, event landing pages, video assets, and promotional items
    • Other support as needed to design custom presentations, account-based collateral and internal presentations
  • Manage the design process from the creative brief to project management to final output
  • Turn highly technical concepts into easy to consume story designs
  • Provide best practices to maintain brand consistency 



  • BA/BFA in design or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and design
  • Bonus points for design experience for enterprise software or SaaS products
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • An online portfolio with relevant examples of marketing collateral including email, print, event, website, and creative branding work
  • Experience with rebranding a plus 
  • Passion for creativity, from conceptual thinking to final output
