This recruiter is a member of the People Team and is an intellectually curious, energetic person focused on delivering sustainable results that enable growth of both careers and the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for customer-focused roles, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and G&A.
Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
Partner with business leaders and build trust-based relationships, developing a deep understanding of their requirements and priorities.
Advocate for the candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
Act as a Conductor ambassador sharing our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand in the market.
Manage flow of candidates through applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
Collaborate across the People Team to support process improvements and share knowledge
Job Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in both an agency and Corporate environments.
Prior experience recruiting for roles in Sales, digital marketing, customer success and G&A.
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Must be able to represent brand image in a professional manner
ATS platform experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a strong understanding and use of Outlook and Excel
