Learning the ropes. Project Management is the blood flow of the agency, acquiring the basic skills necessary for success at Concentric Health Experience– learning about the industry, agency departments, clients, internal and external processes, and more. At this stage, experience is not necessary, but energy, enthusiasm, multi-tasking, organization, and creativity definitely are. The Project Coordinator learns how to execute all development stages pertaining to print projects. In doing so, they will demonstrate a clear understanding of all procedures and the reasoning behind them. They will act as key liaison between Account Services and all other departments.



  • Maintains orderly files of projects and routes jobs utilizing SOP
  • Assist Account group in developing timelines, status reports, and meetings
  • Ensures teams members have the resources needed to complete their assigned tasks 


  • Getting the job done effectively

  • All correspondences are detailed and thorough 


  • Work effectively with all departments in order to facilitate project completion
  • Partners with AAE and AE on meeting client expectations and running status and hot sheet meetings
