Senior Project Manager is an integral member of a brand team and is responsible for the success of a project from start to finish through the CHX (Concentric Health Experience) process. Senior Project Managers will be responsible for creating and enforcing agency process, reviewing key documents from junior to mid-level project managers, brand finances, departmental leadership, freelance hire analysis, estimate and timeline development, and SOW creation. As a central point of contact, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the financial success, timeliness, and delivery of all brand print, digital, and strategic projects from initiation to completion.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple brands with minimal oversight from Group Project Supervisors
  • Creation of project timelines and estimates
  • Review of timelines and estimates from junior to mid-level project managers
  • Development of project assumptions for successful integration into project briefs and SOWs
  • Work with Group Project Supervisors and the Sr. Director of Project Management to create and enforce the agency process for all projects
  • Working with project team members to solve unresolved questions between departments
  • Entering estimates into Centr, the CHX job tracking system
  • Tracking all brand finances and project burn rates in weekly finance meetings
  • Analyze freelance requests and provide approvals for hire
  • Creating and distributing internal contact reports for full team internal meetings

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, management, or related major is preferred
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Pharmaceutical advertising experience is preferred but not required
  • Successful track record of organization and prioritization capabilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrates outstanding time management
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality traits
  • Ability to remain level headed and focused even when faced with strict deadlines and last minute project deviations
  • Eagerness to learn and be a pillar of support for the larger brand team
  • Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills
