    • Approves financial tracking documents and leads reconciliation meetings internally and client
    • Works closely with Finance department to manage actuals within scopes/estimates

    • Provides positive feedback as well as constructive feedback to all reports
    • Responsible for interviewing and provides input on hiring decisions
    • Develops and helps to manage career growth plans for junior account members  

Background/technical skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years in account services in healthcare communications/advertising agency
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Launch experience (US/Global) and desire to work on a launch
  • Must have supervisory experience
