2-3 years of advertising agency experience (HCP or mix of HCP/Consumer) is required. Launch experience preferred.
The Senior Account Executive maintains a positive relationship between agency and client. Has a firm grasp on agency tactics, understanding how they are used strategically to support the product’s objective and goals. Exhibits a solid understanding of product data, strategies, and marketplace.
Responsible for day-to-day account management
Demonstrates a working knowledge of core professional tactics
Attends and participates in all brand brainstorming sessions, and owns development of project brief
Attend all client project meetings and make early stage recommendations based on marketing goals and customer insights
Works independently to support supervisors in the development of presentation materials and assets
Develops product knowledge including understanding of product, clinical data, research, marketing plans, and competitive marketplace
Able to prepare SOW documentation for all product jobs, and circulate to the client for appropriate approvals
Responsible for all monthly billing and product finances
Ensures accurate information exchange and smooth flow of product work
Follow through on all product tactical materials and plans, including the daily tracking of all jobs
3-5 years experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present internally and externally
Experience writing SOWs, POVs, contact reports, and creative/project brief documents, as well as the ability to contribute to strategic documents
Ability to influence team members and partner with all internal departments
