We are looking for a driven, talented People Operations Manager with knowledge of People Systems and Processes to help us build our talent organisation and our product; SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions, which help organisations fight financial crime! The Role

 

As People Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in working behind the scenes to keep the People team running efficiently and smoothly. You own the systems and processes that we use on a daily basis, making sure that they are optimised and user friendly. You will also ensure our workspace portfolio is maintained enabling us to continue to support our organisation with its hybrid working journey.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Own and maintain the people systems end to end. This includes but is not limited to running system RFP’s; contract discussions/renewals; system build, maintenance and improvement; process mapping and communications; stakeholder training and support.
  • Report building and maintaining a suite of people reporting tools for the business; both automatic and self-serve. This includes supporting ad hoc requests and supporting user training, either face to face or in online resources.
  • Own and maintain the people team’s policies and processes. This includes ensuring all countries have the necessary policies and processes in place and supporting the local HRBPs in creation of any that are missing; ensuring all policies and processes are global first, but with regional relevance.
  • Managing the workplace portfolio and ensuring this is effectively supported. This includes, but is not limited to; supporting or leading contract renewal and discussions where needed. Supporting office identification and selection. Ensuring offices have the relevant resources and facilities on an ongoing basis either directly (in the UK) or through the regional people team where appropriate. Leading on UK office queries from the general CA population.
  • Point of call for data management - working with Hibob as the HRIS system. Running reports from Hibob, assessing KPI data and managing the workflows/tasks for the UK.
  • Collaborating and coordinating global projects with the Talent Acquisition, Learning, and People Business Partners.
  • Supporting with any audit requirements and ad hoc duties as and when required.
  • Anticipate and plan for peaks in workload using stakeholder engagement and via pro-active monitoring of volume metrics.
  • Continuously strive to minimise key people dependencies through cross training and robust process definition.
