Complex is currently seeking a dedicated, results-oriented, and tech-savvy QA Engineer to join its NYC based Technology Team. The qualified candidate who takes this role on will report directly to our Web Operations Manager and be responsible for a variety of tasks with regard to throughly testing work across all Browsers and Devices.
Design, manage, and document functional, regression, and cross browser tests to ensure desktop, tablet and mobile sites work well
Assist development team in completing projects that will introduce new features and new functionality to our web sites, mobile web apps and other web services
Work with Team Leads, and other Developers to understand issues, and features from the start
Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines
Stay knowledgeable of the industry standards and trends
2+ years of QA experience as a QA engineer for web and mobile applications
Experience with automated QA testing
Working knowledge testing cross platform/browser compatible dynamic web, video and mobile web applications
Experience with Selenium, capybara, TDD or similar
Extremely detail-oriented with ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile product development environment
Excellent troubleshooting abilities with ability to think outside the box
