About This Role
The Senior Director of National Partnerships plays a crucial role in executing Compass Health Center’s strategic vision for growth, as outlined by the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing. This individual will oversee the outreach function, focusing on crafting and nurturing essential relationships with key stakeholders across multiple states, and driving growth through data-driven outreach strategies. A significant part of this role involves supporting the development and implementation of outreach strategies in new states, ensuring alignment with the company’s expansion goals. This role is designed for a leader who is passionate about enhancing mental health care, whose innovative, collaborative, and inspiring efforts will be key to ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming lives through exceptional mental health care.
What You'll Do:
- Implement the overarching strategy for partnership success across IL, Maryland, and new states, as developed by the Senior Vice-President of Strategic Outreach and Marketing and executive leadership, including onsite programming and through Compass Virtual.
- Direct and mentor a team of outreach professionals by state and territory, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational goals including filling the funnel with prospective patients and referrals partners and supporting Compass Health Center’s admissions goals.
- Work in tandem with site and program leaders across locations and departments to execute outreach plans that support Compass Health Center’s mission, with a clear focus to achieve admission goals and expand into new states.
- Lead initiatives to enhance visibility within local communities through both digital and traditional channels, in line with strategies set at the executive level.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Opinion Leaders such as health systems, educational institutions, large employers, and outpatient practices across multiple states, under the strategic direction of the SVP.
- Manage the Outreach function’s objectives to align with the company’s growth and expansion strategies, as defined by the executive team.
- Oversee and monitor the usage of the CRM tools across the sites for consistent tracking of relationships and outreach KPIs, adhering to budgets and strategies determined by senior management.
- Drive and contribute to the annual budget cycle for Outreach, under the guidance and approval of the SVP and finance department.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and expansion within the team, promoting best practices in outreach as defined by the organization’s strategic goals.
- Enhance the outreach playbook and new site expansion playbook specific to Compass Health Center, supporting outreach managers and the contact center in executing the strategies developed at the executive level.
Who You Are:
- A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role focused on business development and/or marketing within a high-growth organization, ideally with experience in healthcare.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams across multiple regions or states, with a specific focus on patient acquisition/referral relationship management within healthcare, especially in behavioral health and/or virtual healthcare.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior clinicians, C-suite executives, and other community leaders to execute the strategic vision set forth by the SVP.
- Committed to meeting patient care standards and achieving census goals within the framework of the organization’s service delivery model.
- Strong skills in preparing comprehensive presentations and utilizing social media and modern marketing platforms across territories.
- Adept at managing large-scale projects with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
