The Product team:

Our Product team encompasses Product Management, Design, Development and Marketing analysis. We are a multidisciplinary team with the mission of delivering meaningful outcomes to the business, through digital transformation of financial services.

 

Role Description:

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing the in-house recruitment process for the different business areas;
  • Providing logistical support in implementing the annual training plan;
  • Providing day-to-day support for human resources operations from A to Z;
  • Promoting continuous improvement of ComparaJá.pt's People & Culture, suggesting and helping to implement the best HR market practices;
  • Collaborating with the Office Manager to improve our office conditions.

 

Ideal requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • 1 year experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Experience working on a team;
  • Familiar with the use of Factorial
  • Familiar with the use of ATS

 

Language requirements:

  • Advanced/fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

 

Where: Hybrid, Lisbon based
