Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities in this job will be defined as we work together throughout the recruitment process however, they will be mostly centered around:
- Paid Marketing strategy implementation and optimisation (google, social media)
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Optimize conversion, quality score, landing pages, funnel flow, A/B tests, etc.
- Ability to innovate and test new channels, campaigns and creatives;
- Work along with our Product, Technology and operational teams to improve paid marketing campaigns and company revenues.
- Working with content and design marketing teams to create suitable content for each channel & campaigns
What We Expect From You
We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, proactive, forward-thinking, a fast learner, and driven to inspire and lead our team.
Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Management, Marketing or similar;
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience;
- Highly analytical profile with good communication skills;
- Curiosity, initiative and critical thinking allied with a high sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Tag Manager (plus)
- Hybrid work model.
