We are looking for a Head of Growth to manage a growth team of approximately 10 team members. Main responsibilities of the Head of Growth are guiding a performance marketing team to achieve excellent results and building a strong brand to help grow the business. In ComparaJá we see Marketing as a key pillar of our growth focus strategy.

 

What You Will Do

  • Guide the performance marketing team to achieve excellent results across the different verticals of the business.
  • Develop our SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Be the guiding force behind the development of a strong brand by putting in place a robust analytical framework to achieve the desired results.
  • Coordinate and manage the team responsible for the creation of financial services content, Public Relations and external partnerships and the social media strategy.
  • Coordinate the liaison between the team and the various functional departments (operations, product, and technology).
  • Analyze operational and financial performance to maximize profits through a constant adjustment of the marketing strategy.
  • Recruit and be part of the onboarding and training of the marketing team.
  • Lead, motivate and support the team in a demanding and competitive environment.

  • Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results in Management, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.
  • You have more than 2 years of experience leading teams.
  • You are knowledgeable in MS Office Excel, Google Sheet, and analytical tools.
  • You are a great communicator, have a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a genuine interest in learning, and acting on the desire.
  • You have a strong affinity for critical thinking, analytical, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation with a good capacity to define priorities.
  • Ideally, you are available to start ASAP, but it is not restrictive.
  • You speak and write fluent Portuguese and English.
  • Bonus: You have previous experience working in consulting or at a start-up and/or have previous experience in building strong brands.
