Commsor is looking for an experienced and energetic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People Team
We're a small and fully distributed team, currently spanning from California to Australia and we take pride in our ability to function as an effective remote organisation. We currently have Commsaurians spread over 15 countries, would you be adding a new flag to the team?

THIS SOUNDS GREAT, BUT WHAT EXACLY ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Well we need someone to OWN the entire function of recruitment, internally and externally. You’ll be splitting your time between our Recruiting service offering for clients, as well as fulfilling the needs of our own internal hiring plan.
You’ll be responsible for managing the workload and relationships between the two areas of the business, reporting into our VP of Services on all external placements and the Director of People on all internal hires.
Sounds like a lot?
Well not really, you’ll find the needs flip between the two quite equally which is how we came to the conclusion we need someone full-time. All recruitment activities will require a strategy, so previous experience in developing an external and internal strategy to recruitment is crucial. Knowing how to partner with our leaders in-house and external clients, to build rapport and trust quickly is paramount.
What sort of person would be successful in this role?
The person that will thrive in this role is someone who likes to get stuck in and roll up their sleeves. Someone that also doesn’t mind a little ambiguity, a little chaos and some autonomy thrown in for good measure.
You’re good at...
Aside from being an awesome magician and ventriloquist, we’d be really over the moon if you had experience in both agency and in-house recruitment. Bonus points if you have worked within a Community-Led organisation in the past! We’re looking out for people interested in building long term relationships because our external placements remain active in our community & ecosystem long after their start date, as do those amazing candidates that don’t get hired.
You’re secretly a super hero at...
Reporting, being able to give in depth detail on how people are moving through the pipeline, trends, challenges in market, roadblocks and managing up. Seeing the woods through the trees, not just great at execution but also a planner.
