What We Look For

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience working with engineering teams and hiring technical roles (Backend, Frontend, iOS and more)
  • Ability to maintain an organized record of recruiting metrics
  • Build the appropriate processes to help the recruiting team scale
  • Represent the company's values and mission 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to haves

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at an agency or high-growth company
  • You have experience onboarding new hires
  • Experience developing strategic recruiting plans
