- Experience working with engineering teams and hiring technical roles (Backend, Frontend, iOS and more)
- Ability to maintain an organized record of recruiting metrics
- Build the appropriate processes to help the recruiting team scale
- Represent the company's values and mission
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to haves
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at an agency or high-growth company
- You have experience onboarding new hires
- Experience developing strategic recruiting plans
