The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic Product team as a UX/UI Designer! You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for our business users, contributing to our mission of providing the best omnichannel experience for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to navigate the full spectrum of the discovery, design, and delivery process within our omnichannel domain.

Your Mission:

  • Represent our customer needs within a cross-functional team, with an ability to articulate and lead design decisions with the team and stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery research together with your entire cross-functional team selecting the scope
  • Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to solve our customers’ and end-users’ problems
  • Plan and conduct user research studies (workshops, interviews, surveys, or usability testing sessions), defining and documenting research goals
  • Create personas, user flows, wireframes, sketches, and/or prototypes to communicate your solution proposals with the team
  • Create business process flows, detailed specifications, user acceptance test criteria, and demo/test data, to enable engineering to create features that solve customer problems 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of our solutions, to build visually appealing and cutting-edge designs that set new standards across our landscape

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail in-store processes, payment processing, store support, or retail operations
  • Strong ability to convert the user’s needs to business requirements and visual interfaces, applying our design system and patterns
  • Experience conducting requirements reviews with cross-functional remote teams
  • Proficiency in process flowing and collaboration tools such as LucidChart, Mermaid, Visio, Miro, or Mural
  • Proficiency in prototype tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • Strong verbal and written English language communication skills
  • Ability to work independently by organizing and prioritizing your workload

Nice to have:

  • Experience in enterprise software design or any other SaaS application for retail or e-commerce
  • Product Owner or Agile/Scrum experience, training, or certification
  • Product Management experience, training, or certification
  • Good understanding of conducting user research and flexibility in applying User Experience processes that encompass all aspects of the User Experience cycle
  • Experience conducting research studies, applying User Experience design methods and techniques, and delivering User Interfaces
  • Degree in Design, Interactive Media, HCI, or any User Experience-related studies
