The Opportunity:

While we at commercetools have always been known for B2C eCommerce, we are also leaders in the B2B space, with ~40% of our revenue coming from pure B2B use cases. We would like to add more features to our B2B platform in order to dominate the B2B space as we have historically done with B2C. As PM, you would be leading an all-new team focused on implementing B2B features, with the goal of making our platform the #1 most feature complete for all B2B use cases.

Your Mission:

  • Research and innovate in the space of B2B commerce
  • Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with the other product managers and leadership
  • Define the product backlog and detailed requirements for APIs and user interfaces
  • Work closely within an international team of developers, from discovery to delivery
  • Coordinate work with product managers from other teams
  • Evaluate opportunities to work with partners, and oversee the coordination
  • Become a commercetools product expert, and identify enhancements that benefit B2B
  • Shape your way of working - we believe in strong and independent teams
  • Be a part of the commercetools product management team

What you need to succeed:

  • Preferable 3+ years of experience as a product manager or business analyst
  • A completed degree from University
  • Knowledge of B2B commerce workflows and requirements
  • Experience with building a new team
  • Track record of coordinating work across more than one team
  • Experience in conducting user research
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent English communication skills.
