The Opportunity:

We're excited to grow our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/x) to join us here at commercetools. We're able to consider candidates based in either Munich, Berlin or London.

Your Mission:

  • You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting (including proactive sourcing) for our business/go to market (GTM) roles across EMEA and APAC, managing the process from the vacancy request to the offer confirmation
  • Managing the process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse
  • Partnering with our hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Conducting a profile briefing for open positions and determining selection criteria in close collaboration with hiring managers
  • Working with internal departments to create an effective recruitment and employer branding campaign, via the use of the internet, social media, job boards, industry-specific media, networking and college relations
  • Building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline by connecting with communities to help us expand our wonderful diverse workforce
  • Working in close collaboration with our People & Organisation team in respect of preparing offers/contracts
  • Developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires
  • Delivering a solid and service-oriented experience with regards to stakeholder management 
  • Working closely with our Employer Branding team with regards to organising/attending job fairs and recruitment events

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years professional experience working in a Talent Acquisition Manager/Internal Recruitment role, ideally within a scaling SaaS company
  • Previous experience managing full cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing/headhunting of candidates in the Business/GTM field e.g. Pre-sales, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Support & Operations, etc.
  • A consultative and service-oriented approach towards all stakeholders
  • A passion and dedication to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Previous experience of working alongside a geographically distributed team before would be advantageous as you will be working with team members from different regions/countries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additionally German language skills would be a bonus) 
  • A deep understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations
  • Solid organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles/projects at the same time
