Continued acceleration of our growth is fueled by landing new customers, expanding our platform through new products, managing new retail ecommerce platforms, and delivering exceptional customer service to unlock high net retention rates.

As a Machine Learning intern, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to build state-of-the-art AI for B2B SaaS products. This entails leveraging advanced statistical techniques with new advancements in Generative AI (LLM-based systems) along with deep understanding of business and product.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply excellent problem solving skills to deconstruct and formulate solutions from first-principles
  • Work on AI roadmap and build the core engine of our flagship CommerceIQ product
  • Perform rapid prototyping of experimental solutions and develop robust, sustainable and scalable production systems
  • Work with large scale ecommerce data of the biggest brands in the world
  • Apply out-of-the-box, advanced algorithms to complex problems in real-time systems
  • Drive productization of techniques to be made available to a wide range of customers

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a tier 1 school, with a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist in product companies. 
  • Proof of work with projects in advanced AI/ML, including but not limited to statistical decision-making systems, RAG, GPT-based applications, etc. on top of text and structured datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
