Overview  

In this role you serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the creation, optimization, and management of product feeds across various digital marketing platforms, with a focus on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) feeds. Your technical ability and industry expertise will drive the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns by ensuring their product data is optimized for maximum visibility and performance. Additionally, you will leverage the Rithum platform to optimize and enhance customer data, further improving campaign effectiveness and ROI. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and support on feed management strategies for Google and Meta platforms, as well as other relevant channels. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and product offerings, translating this information into actionable feed management strategies. 
  • Lead the development and implementation of feed optimization strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring product data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform requirements. 
  • Utilize the Rithum platform to enhance feed quality and ensure compliance to third party destinations. 
  • Manage the end-to-end process of creating, updating, and optimizing product data feeds for various e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, comparison shopping engines, and affiliate networks. 
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across all feed channels. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve feed-related issues, including data quality, formatting, and integration problems. 
  • Automate feed generation and submission processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts. 

 

Qualifications   

Minimum Qualifications    

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, product data management, or related field, with a focus on feed management and optimization for Google and Meta platforms. 
  • Experience with/interest in coding or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl, C++, Java) 
  • Knowledge of product data feed formats, including XML, CSV, TSV, and JSON. 
  • Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and processes for data integration and transformation. 
  • Familiarity with data cleansing, normalization, and deduplication techniques. 
  • Ability to work with large datasets and handle big data challenges. 
  • Experience with regular expressions for data parsing and manipulation. 
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving results through feed optimization strategies. 
  • Expertise understanding of Google Merchant Center and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Manager, including feed setup, optimization, and troubleshooting. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients of varying technical expertise. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously. 

Preferred Qualifications   

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred. 
  • Experience using the Rithum platform or similar tools to analyze and optimize customer data.
