We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, driven professional with a passion for evangelizing new, game-changing technology.

We started by solving the number one complaint in the office (temperature!), and continue to expand to our product suite to give employees greater control over their workplace, including room booking, lighting and feedback. We create amazing workplace experiences through a consumer-facing app for employees and solve real business problems for corporate real estate teams. Headquartered in Oakland, California, with expertise in machine learning, UX design and enterprise service, Comfy develops software solutions for everyone — from the people who operate the building to the people who fill it.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to inbound leads 
  • High-volume outbound prospecting, including use of Groove 
  • Conducting initial discovery and qualification calls
  • Secure new quality contacts 
  • Update Salesforce with new prospects, contacts and opportunities 
  • Set up and administer outreach/follow-up flows using Groove 
  • Support Client Partners in deal management where needed 
  • Assist with development and updating of Top of Funnel performance reporting and metrics

About You

  • You have a BA/BS 
  • Bonus points for 1 or more years of experience in an SDR (or equivalent) role
