About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead out recruiting efforts here at Comfy. You’ll be managing our recruitment processes from finding the start to close. You’ll be partnering and advising our people managers on recruitment best practices and the candidate marketplace as it stands today. You’ll be responsible for a variety of roles from tech to non-technical and ensure that all candidates have an enjoyable experience getting to know more about Comfy. You’ll help to develop our Employer Brand, making sure that we are accurately reflecting Comfy’s values and vision out to the candidate marketplace.
Specifically, you will:
Manage the end to end recruitment process for all of Comfy’s open role
Actively source and build out candidate pipeline
Develop and enhance Comfy’s Employer Brand
Act as the point of contact for all Comfy applicants, including interview scheduling
Partner with Managers to develop effective and efficient interviewing processes
Ensure Comfy’s interview practices are inclusive to all types of candidates
. 7+ years of recruiting experience (at least 4 years of in house experience)
Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles
Experience designing interview cadences and training employees on interviewing best practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
