About the Role

The Marketing Specialist will lead execution for inbound and outbound campaigns, as well as logistics and management of Comfy’s global conference/event presence. The role will support digital marketing, product marketing, and corporate communications. 

Specifically you will:

  • Manage execution of inbound and outbound campaigns (via Pardot and Mixpanel), including email, webinars, and social media
  • Create and edit content (email, blog, web, social media, Google slides, video, gif and more) to support digital campaigns and sales enablement initiatives
  • Lead global conference and tradeshow execution & logistics; lead execution for Comfy-hosted customer events
  • Own relationships with printers, promotional item vendors; manage and maintain Comfy swag program
  • Support Siemens marcomm channel enablement (social media posts, media kit management, etc)
  • Collaborate with People Ops team on marketing initiatives to drive recruiting and foster company culture
  • Monitor relevant industry social activity and support community engagement
  • Track and report on ongoing campaign performance and analytics

About You

  • 3+ years of marketing experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills
  • Well-versed in digital mediums: email, web, video, webinars, social media
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including marketing automation (preference for Pardot), web content management systems (preference for Wordpress), and social and email platforms 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
  • Hunger for challenge and opportunity
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
