The Role:

The Manager, Client Partnerships role reports to the SVP, Growth and is focused on building relationships with current and potential clients at all levels and will take the lead on new business. The Manager, Client Partnerships is motivated by anticipating, identifying, and resolving client challenges, finding sustainable and lucrative growth opportunities, and taking ownership of a complete project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hit a quarterly sales quota
  • Identify, prospect, and develop client opportunities at all levels, including c-suite
  • Find sustainable and lucrative growth opportunities, and take ownership of a complete project life cycle.
  • Manage commercial production jobs focused on hand-painted services for retail businesses, office developments, museums, art and artist organizations, local municipalities, and commercial real estate 
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve client challenges as they arise
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations 
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative and communications departments to support development of impactful campaigns
  • Work with internal Operations team to ensure transparent, timely delivery of campaigns
  • Demonstrate a range of project management skills such as task prioritization, cross-functional organization, short-term and long-term planning, proactive problem-solving, confident decision-making, unwavering attention to detail, and tireless follow-through

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in sales. Media sales experience a plus
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Natural born love for hunting for clients and closing deals
  • Self-motivated individual who understands the value of research and strategy
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining dynamic client relationships
  • Excellence in all phases of the sales cycle, including qualifying accounts
  • Ability to understand products and effectively identify how they can provide value to a prospective client 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive within a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment
  • Fluent in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
