Growth Marketing Manager

Role: 

  • Manage paid and owned marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms/channels
  • Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze performance overall against traffic, ROAS and CAC goals 
  • Proactively make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth and forecast long-term growth
  • Own the journey for new users and define the right content to deliver at the right time 
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth
  • Create weekly/monthly testing cadence for channels and document learnings
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Content team to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
  • Generate hypotheses driven by data to improve marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports to explain business results (trends, funnels, drivers) 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in related growth marketing 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Marketing 
  • Experience at a high growth software company 
  • Proven experience executing growth initiatives to drive results
  • Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV and ROAS
  • Have exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize large data and effectively communicate findings 
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation. Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, and driving a test-driven culture
  • Highly quantitative and data-driven. Comfortable with experimentation frameworks and analysis and advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences and methods
  • Experience in email programs highly desired
