Collective Health is looking for a strategic Sales Development Manager to join our SDR organization to manage and develop a team of talented SDRs. Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage the Sales Development organization on objectives and quota achievement
  • Manage a mix of territory-based sales development reps with diverse responsibilities of inbound prospecting, outbound, and account strategy
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs
  • Monitor lead processes and metrics
  • Ensure the effective use of systems in cooperation with Marketing Ops manager
  • Compile weekly/monthly team reports
  • Proactively work to improve the outreach cadence
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development, focusing on Opportunity handoff
  • Conduct weekly forecasts
  • Remove roadblocks to SDR success
Skills and Requirements:
 
  • You have 2-3 years of experience as a team lead or SDR manager
  • You are familiar with Account Based Marketing
  • You have experience in start-up environment
  • You are a Salesforce super-user
  • You’re passionate about training and developing your team’s skills and careers
  • You have a strong desire to fix healthcare
