The Opportunity:

Coleman Research is currently recruiting a Data Entry Analyst to join our team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving the data of various entries within our proprietary databases. Data Entry Analysts will also work with other departments, including the Client Management team, to accomplish the goals of the department.


  • Review new and existing entries to Coleman’s proprietary databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Compare submitted data against resumes and/or other confirmed reliable sources
  • Cross-reference information from multiple sources and extract any additional information as needed
  • Liaise with Coleman’s Client Management team to ensure completion of tasks
  • Contact industry professionals, via phone and email, to confirm details of their profile, including employment and biographic information


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 6 to 12 months of relevant work experience (customer service, administrative, investment management compliance or internal audit responsibilities are a plus); new graduates are also encouraged to apply
