WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

C+C is expanding to Puerto Rico and we are looking for a strong team to help us establish and grow this energy efficiency work.

The Utility Solutions Senior Program Manager (SPM) will lead implementation of LUMA Energy’s energy efficiency incentive program, taking direction from and working closely with the Director of Program Operations. This work currently includes lighting, space heating, water heating, and kitchen appliance measures.  The candidate should be versed in the energy industry and efficiency programs and standards, they will receive ample training in our programmatic philosophy, data systems and internal policies and practices. The SPM will need to thrive on process, have experience leading teams on complex projects and guiding those projects to successful completion. The SPM will be asked to build long term relationships with their clients and work collaboratively to help their clients and their programs be successful.   

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Communicate and collaborate directly with clients with minimal supervision, while reporting out to Director of Program Operations and Senior Vice President (SVP) on a regular basis 
  • Manage 1-3 direct reports   
  • Work with the Director of Program Operations and SVP to lead program implementation plan writing and design 
  • Delegate work and ensure excellent work product from the program team  
  • Ensure that C+C meets or exceeds all metrics and goals for the programs assigned 
  • Provide clients and colleagues with insights, innovative program design ideas, products, measures and opportunities to consider 
  • Ensure project objectives, tactics, and strategies are delivered on time, within budget, and are of the highest quality 
  • Ensure regular updating of individual program best practices, processes and guidelines 
  • Contribute to regular written reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) as needed 
  • Summarize QC efforts in client calls and internal management meetings 
  • Perform regular internal program audits to review staffing, client and partner satisfaction, processes, and progress to key performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Support additional data management/reporting requests as needed  
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of C+C’s program management team, where applicable, including business development, client relations, overall program design, forecasting, marketing, staffing, partner coordination, QA/QC, data solutions, reporting, and business planning.  
  • Provide mentorship to interns and coordinators, managing progress to yearly goals and skill development  

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on energy implementation programs 
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a consulting or project management role  
  • A history of leading collaborative projects that exceed client/colleague expectations
  • Experience working directly with clients, colleagues and partners, understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders and translating those into successful executions
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Ability to work remotely with impeccable communication and follow through
  • A quick learner who takes initiative and can deliver high level results
  • Strong project management skills, certifications are a plus
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and bonus for Salesforce and Asana experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desired
