Coin Metrics is recruiting a Sales Operations Intern to support our Growth Team. Our Sales Operations Intern is charged with qualifying, routing and managing inbound leads, building outbound campaigns and managing the data hygiene of our CRM. 


  • Rapidly learn about Coin Metrics and the value it offers its customers.
  • Use Hubspot for lead management and sales forecasting.
  • Respond to prospect leads via CRM or rout those to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain reports, dashboards and data integrity within Hubspot.
  • Attend prospect sales calls to better understand client requirements and product fit.
  • Understand the various customer organization segments and personas and how our products and services solve their challenges. 
  • Manage outbound marketing campaigns to specific target personas.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders regarding improvement of CRM and campaigns.
  • Work cross functionally across several Sales teams to drive key GTM initiatives


  • Interest in crypto and crypto assets 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous work in customer success, customer service, or sales
  • Desire to work in customer service demonstrated by relevant coursework and/or past experiences
  • Experience with Hubspot is preferable 
  • Proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of APIs  


  • Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree 
  • Excellent communication skills and natural curiosity
  • Prior successful sales or lead qualification and CRM experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences
  • Passion for Digital Assets
  • 8-10 week commitment for summer internship 
  • Located in Boston or the surrounding suburbs
