CoinDesk is seeking a group executive assistant to support the leadership team in maintaining productive and balanced workdays. We are looking for a nimble individual who is a fanatic about response time and can handle changing priorities on a day to day basis.
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees and other external partners.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner ensuring priorities and deadlines are adhered to - with a focus on confidentiality.
Manage executives’ calendars and schedule meetings (internal and external)
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
Support expense management.
Create and format information for internal and external communication – announcements, emails, presentations, reports
Manage meeting minutes and follow up with discussed action items and takeaways.
Act as the first point of contact, monitor email/Slack/other communications tools for urgent matters.
Support CEO and 5 leadership team members in managing daily schedules.
At least 5+ years in EA role, ideally within media and/or startup organizations.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities for various stakeholders.
Experience dealing with all types of personalities and ability to carefully handle confidential information.
Proficiency with MS word, excel, powerpoint presentations, Google Suite (gmail, google docs, etc), as well as other current workplace software.
Highest integrity and appreciation for confidentiality / handling of proprietary information.
Note on Location: While most of our team is still working remotely, our future expectation is that the EA of CoinDesk will eventually sit, at least part time, out of our NYC office.
