International IT company is looking for HR manager in Polish office.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on employee onboarding, adaptation, and retention;
  • Support retention and exit process;
  • Work on increasing employee satisfaction;
  • To broadcast the values and objectives of the company;
  • Implement HR metrics and analyze them, propose solutions based on collected data;
  • Provide partnership with managers on people management matters;
  • Labour market monitoring;
  • Create cool HR brand together with Marketing department;
  • Assist with the main activities within the HR department;
  • Corporate events and team buildings (training, sports, entertainment, etc.);

Who are we looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as HR or People Partner in the IT industry;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Knowledge of Russian language; 
  • Understanding of business processes used in IT companies;
  • High level of self-organization and time management skills;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Multitasking;
  • Being a proactive and result-oriented person;
  • Creativity;
  • Confident in stepping forward to confront difficult issues;
