Project Description

You will take on the responsibility of owning and managing the Salesforce roadmap. Your contributions will involve close collaboration with global commercial teams, facilitating the identification of business challenges and innovative solutions. Drawing upon your expertise, you will lead the design of requirements, evaluating existing implementations to identify opportunities for improvement. A key aspect of your role will be the development of tools and processes that can scale effectively, enabling the company to navigate its continued growth trajectory. Through this position, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's vision forward, leveraging technology to address business needs, optimize operations, and maintain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving advertising landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Interface with business partners and senior leadership;
  • Communicate requirements to the development team;
  • Speak for the product, and ensure alignment with the overall strategy;
  • Communicate direction and priorities to all stakeholders;
  • Drive all Product Launch decisions including the management of all Alpha/beta feedback;
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;
  • Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed;
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans in by applying your knowledge of the platform as well as system design best practices;
  • Identify, document, and communicate operational processes and all training documentation for the client's use of Salesforce;
  • Conduct user training;
  • Provide daily support to global users;
  • Identify the top issue drivers and propose solutions to mitigate;
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend Salesforce features and/or business use-cases and how they can best integrate with Salesforce Infrastructure;
  • Assist in the development of shared Salesforce tools and infrastructure, including analytics, audit and alerting systems;
  • Review and make design and implementation suggestions;
  • Maintain working knowledge of CRM functionality to identify the impact it may have on the user base;
  • Ensure best-in-class security standards are developed and maintained;
  • Perform configuration of all new and existing functionality including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards and customized applications to support the internal Salesforce environment;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or compensated work experience;
  • 3+ years commercial experience implementing and configuring &/or cloud infrastructure;
  • Experience with Lightning and an understanding of Classic;
  • Experience in maintaining and updating large-scale Internet services and sales operations;
  • Experience with architecture and the following modules: applications, objects, formula fields, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content;
  • Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application coupled with an understanding of general business processes;
  • Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions for end users;
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with 3rd party solution providers and products;
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment;
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Atlassian Tools [Jira, Confluence], MS Office Slack);
  • Level of English - from Intermediate (spoken/written);
