We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong passion for process optimisation and innovative technology to join our team as a Process Digitisation Specialist.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to lead the digital transformation of manual processes, develop and implement a digitisation strategy, drive innovation in automation and data management, and collaborate with executives to prioritize high-impact initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Spearheading the development and execution of COFRA Services process digitisation strategy
Leading cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing digital transformation initiatives
Designing and overseeing the implementation of complex, COFRA Services-wide digital solutions using middleware
Establishing and monitoring KPIs for digitisation efforts, regularly reporting on progress to senior leadership
Leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new digital processes
Mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborating with IT, HR, Finance, and Facility management leaders to ensure alignment of digitisation efforts with overall business strategy
Conducting regular audits of existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation

What you bring

Expert-level knowledge of process management and automation, middleware technologies in business processes
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and derive actionable insights from complex data
Capability to build strong partnerships across all levels of an organization, to drive buy-in and support for digitisation initiatives
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or related fields
Proven track record of successfully leading and/or participating in large-scale digitisation initiatives
Demonstrated experience working with middleware technologies and integration tools
