We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong passion for process optimisation and innovative technology to join our team as a Process Digitisation Specialist.
About the role
The purpose of this role is to lead the digital transformation of manual processes, develop and implement a digitisation strategy, drive innovation in automation and data management, and collaborate with executives to prioritize high-impact initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Spearheading the development and execution of COFRA Services process digitisation strategy
- Leading cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing digital transformation initiatives
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of complex, COFRA Services-wide digital solutions using middleware
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs for digitisation efforts, regularly reporting on progress to senior leadership
- Leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new digital processes
- Mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with IT, HR, Finance, and Facility management leaders to ensure alignment of digitisation efforts with overall business strategy
- Conducting regular audits of existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
What you bring
- Expert-level knowledge of process management and automation, middleware technologies in business processes
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and derive actionable insights from complex data
- Capability to build strong partnerships across all levels of an organization, to drive buy-in and support for digitisation initiatives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or related fields
- Proven track record of successfully leading and/or participating in large-scale digitisation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working with middleware technologies and integration tools
