To lead this transformation, we are seeking an outstanding Digital Product Owner to drive these initiatives forward.

About the role

This role allows you to be at the forefront of change in our organization. This will be done through key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Microsoft Platform Architecture & Roadmap: Oversee the strategic direction and roadmap for Microsoft 365 across the organization by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Seamless Employee Digital Experience & UX: Convert the roadmap into actionable epics and user stories to deliver value efficiently. Make validated UX design choices that consistently improve the employee experience and drive productivity gains.
  • Microsoft 365 Adoption & Training: Develop and lead strategies to boost Microsoft 365 adoption. Create and conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops, empowering employees to collaborate effectively using Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Digital Advocacy & Continuous Improvement: Promote a digital-first mindset within the digital ambassador community by sharing best practices and supporting transformation initiatives. Stay up to date on Microsoft 365 developments and continuously seek improvements to workflows and operations.
  • Hands-On Technical Expertise & IT Support: Provide expert-level guidance on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Support IT operations teams with hands-on technical solutions and help resolve queries efficiently through training and best practices.

What you bring

  • Expert in Office 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) with advanced knowledge of IT project and portfolio management.
  • Skilled at translating complex business and IT requirements into enterprise architecture and solutions, and communicating them to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in agile project management and capable of coaching teams through value-driven change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, engineering processes, and user-centered design thinking.
  • Promotes a strategic and continuous improvement mindset, while able to relate organizational purpose to individual work.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience as a product owner and launching digital solutions.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
