In order to do this, we are hiring a Senior Product Designer with a high sense of ownership and responsibility, an inclusive mindset, and who communicates clearly. You’ll be working closely with the product team alongside the product manager, engineer manager, and software engineers to deliver the most significant value and best experiences to users. We trust each other by default. We are keeping our egos in check, so we’re open to learning and growth. What you will do.

  • Create seamless experiences for our users that are simple, and versatile enough to address the complex needs of our customers
  • Your team's main focus is on workflows and integrations for our product
  • Design a smooth product onboarding workflows
  • Take ownership of the entire design process from research, ideation, and concept generation, through to validation and testing of your high-fidelity solutions
  • Deliver a neat UI, consistent with other parts of the product
  • Work with our design system to ensure consistency while helping to improve and expand our component library
  • Learn, analyze, and evolve. You’ll provide and receive frequent feedback to help each other grow.
  • Work closely with Product Manager and Engineer Manager to address user problems and turn them into product opportunities and business revenue growth
  • Sharing your process and explaining the design rationale behind your decisions

We would love it if you have.

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design preferably SaaS, B2B
  • Experience in UX writing and designing product onboarding workflows
  • Experience in close collaboration with product teams over complex technical problems
  • Deep user understanding: “who” will use “what”, “when”, and “why”. You focus on solving actual user problems: We put the users’ needs first!
  • Passion for simplifying complexity and enjoy translating user needs into delightful experiences
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and asynchronously with teams
  • Experience with running research and a proven track record using or incorporating user feedback and data into your design process
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and resilient in a changing environment. Notice opportunities in changes.
  • Familiar with Marty Cagan’s approach to product development from the “Inspired”
  • Experience in Figma and design system
