In order to do this, we are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!

What you will do.

  • Own and drive results from website and organic
  • Analyze Sales, web, and marketing data and champion insights that lead to improvements in performance on the website
  • Run experiments and developments that optimize for conversions and pipeline
  • Take charge of SEO to drive higher organic volumes and conversions to the site
  • Take SAL and pipeline goals for Website and Organic lead sources and build executable plans that map to successful outputs, while calling out gaps in capabilities. 
  • Compose and manage Quarterly Strategy Plans that involve multiple stakeholders 
  • Project manage a queue of website developments, iterations, optimizations, and experiments
  • Oversee a technology budget and ensure vendor compliance with scopes of work and good value for money
  • Work cross functionally with brand, comms, engineering, and other teams in order to balance goals for website improvement
  • Act as a leading marketer in the Demand Generation team; coach and mentor team members, and facilitate and lead team meetings as needed

We would love it if you have.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience driving revenue-generating website and landing page strategies, preferably at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Advanced, hands-on knowledge of relevant marketing tech stack tools like wordpress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Unbounce, Marketo, SEMRush, Unbounce, Webflow, VWO and others.
  • An understanding of identifying the necessary KPIs to drive the company's success and the ability to relay the story behind those KPIs to leadership.
  • A demonstrated track record of identifying, prioritizing, planning, executing and evaluating complex, high value conversion rate and user/visitor experience strategies that achieve measurable contributions to driving pipeline related metrics & revenue.
