In order to do this, we are hiring a Sales Ops Analyst to support our EMEA Sales team. The role will focus on providing reporting and data analysis for Sales leaders, as well as acting as a first line support for queries from our EMEA Sales team.

What you will do.

  • Regular cadence reporting across the Sales pipeline, lead flow and performance metrics, alongside ad hoc reporting across GTM functions
  • KPI monitoring and reporting for GTM Leadership
  • Providing first line support for the Sales Team, including CRM guidance and workflow queries, acting as a gatekeeper for business processes
  • Proactively driving and supporting operational standards across forecasting, pipeline management and CRM data quality
  • Working to help link our Sales and Finance teams by providing support across sales order accuracy and commissions data

We would love it if you have.

  • Enthusiastic and inquisitive approach - looking to understand all aspects of our Sales process and become a subject matter expert
  • Ability to manage ad-hoc queries alongside business as usual tasks, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines met
  • 2+ years experience in a SAAS business working with the Sales group in an operational role
  • Strong Excel skills, comfortable managing reporting requests and maintaining ongoing views
  • Experienced Salesforce user, with Dashboard and reporting experience.
