As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will focus on delivering valuable and engaging interactions throughout the buyer's journey. You will work closely with the Growth, Communications, Product Marketing, and Sales Development departments to further develop impactful email campaigns and website chat playbooks. Successful candidates will have a track record of using data to drive measurable pipeline growth through these core communication channels.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Scope, build, write, test, and deploy robust email nurture campaigns for Codility prospects
- Coordinate & optimize Codility’s weekly prospect newsletter, monthly customer newsletter, and quarterly shareholder newsletter
- A/B test all our email campaigns to improve click-to-open & open rates
- Report email marketing metrics and results to the broader Marketing team
- Develop creative ways to promote upcoming events via email and Codility’s website chat
- Analyze and iterate on new ways of engaging prospects via website chat
- Closely integrate with the SDR team to share comms/messaging learnings bi-directionally
- Work closely with Sales to experiment with new ABM campaigns which could include other channels like direct mail
You will love this job if you:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of email/digital/campaign marketing experience at a software company
- Very strong written communication skills with a friendly style
- Precious experience with email and conversational marketing - we use Marketo and Drift
- Familiarity with software development and the technical hiring process
- A creative and curious mind able to break down problems into basic elements and then reassemble them from the ground up
- The ability to receive user feedback and distill feedback into a clear plan of action
