This role is based in Munich. You will be part of our EMEA Sales team and will report to the Director of Sales, EMEA & APAC who is based at our London HQ. 

This is a unique opportunity to build and grow Codility’s international footprint in the DACH region. As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for the acquisition of customers and the development of our sales in an entirely new market.

 

Scope of responsibilities: 

  • Develop strong relationships with prospects who benefit from using our product, and managing them through closure
  • Strategically approach target companies and teams and build strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Build and drive territory/account sales plans for assigned geographic territory/verticals/named accounts and meet and exceed sales goals through value selling
  • Navigate key decision makers to build Codility awareness within organizations
  • Strategize and execute on delivering quota
  • Leverage your sales acumen during both customer-facing and virtual sales demos
  • Actively listen to customer's needs and provide them with a strong solution

You will love this job if you have: 

  • Have 4+ yrs sales experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ideally have connection to HR Tech space
  • Have experience working across all segments, deploying different sales methodologies where fit 
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets

  • Have a passion for all things tech and recruitment
  • Are driven to find solutions for every challenge you encounter
