Your responsibilities:

  • Support and maintenance of local IT services (i.e. applications, user hardware and network/infrastructure)
  • Proactive user support in the Workplace environment
  • Providing support during onboarding processes (e.g. PC setup, IT induction training) in cooperation with PeopleOps department
  • Support the local installation of PCs, notebooks and software components (also as part of rollouts)
  • Administration of the access control system
  • Coordination of the resolution of problems with application, hardware and software

 

You will love this job if you:

  • Are fluent in English (C1/C2)
  • Have good understanding of Apple devices 
  • Have experience working with 1st level support (remote and onsite support)
  • Represent proactive and self-motivated approach 
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Have experience with asset management 
  • Are familiar with G Suite 
  • Have ability to onboard quickly into new areas
  • Understanding of SSO authentication will be an asset
