Solution Architect, Workfront
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Architect with expertise in Workfront and Workfront Fusion to design, implement, and optimize work management and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional understanding of Adobe Workfront, extensive experience with workflow automation, and the ability to mentor teams while driving system efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect scalable Adobe Workfront solutions, including work intake, project/resource management, approvals, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation
- Configure Workfront features, such as custom forms, templates, approval workflows, and advanced reporting (text mode)
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workfront Fusion with AEM, Adobe Assets, and other enterprise tools
- Partner with system administrators to manage Workfront setups, access levels, layout templates, and governance
- Provide best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance
- Develop training materials, mentor users, and troubleshoot issues related to Workfront and Fusion
- Stay updated on new Workfront releases, evaluate enhancements, and provide feedback
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront, including setup, object types, and reporting
- Experience with Workfront Fusion and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of integration processes with AEM and other enterprise tools
- Familiarity with industry best practices for Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving Workfront and Fusion-related issues
- Ability to mentor and guide users on best practices and system optimization
- 3+ years of Workfront implementation experience for large organizations
- 2+ years of experience with Workfront Fusion integration
- Hands-on experience with Workfront setup, workflows, and reporting dashboards
- Adobe Workfront Developer Core & Fusion Certifications
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with advanced reporting (text mode) in Workfront
- Knowledge of business workflows and change management techniques
- Experience in providing user adoption strategies for Workfront
- Experience with system governance and managing user access levels
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

The target range of base compensation for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
