We are searching for an experienced Director of Growth, who will be responsible for winning new business at Code3. In this role, your focus will be uncovering, vetting and developing new opportunities and working alongside our Client Partnership and Activation teams to put together a winning strategy that builds new client relationshipsReporting to our Chief Growth Officer, you’ll be an integral member to our small but mighty team that works hard and supports each other to ensure revenue goals are met. Ideally, you have worked agency-side or brand-side and are fluent in media or creative strategy, having run accounts yourself in the performance or brand media space.

What you’ll do:

  • Achieve the assigned revenue and accountability quotas
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with platform partners to establish Code3 as their #1 marketing partner
  • Participate in prospecting strategies to close new business
  • Ensure that all data within Salesforce is up to date for accuracy of reporting
  • Create a positive work environment for all team members while setting a strong example of how a team should be conducting themselves. We like to have fun as we win, and hope that you do too!

You should have:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 4+ years relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally on either strategy, planning, or activation side of media and/or creative
  • Sales and/or business development experience; either directly or through cross/upselling existing clients and pitching account growth
  • Outstanding ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of Ad Platforms, AdTech
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual or team goals
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

Salary Information: Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary, commission, and performance bonuses tied to revenue targets. The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $120,000 and OTE is $200,000 - $250,000. Compensation is commensurate with candidate experience, location and performance.
