This department leads our client-facing efforts to support them in their paid media marketing endeavors and is comprised of multiple teams:
Account Management
The Account Management team acts as intermediaries between clients and other internal teams to ensure there is a strong partnership with a constant focus on exceeding client goals. Members of the Account Management team have strong knowledge of a variety of paid digital marketing channels, are data-driven in their approach, and focus on collaboration.
Social Strategy and Activations
The Social Strategy Team delivers best-in-class service and strategy to Code3's varied client base while the Activations team are our hands-on platform campaign building experts. They’re responsible for developing advanced strategic recommendations, executing complex paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.), and delivering campaign performance results to our clients.
Paid Search
The Paid Search team is a group of experts that are focused on consistently improving search results across platforms like Google and Bing for our clients using industry best practices and cutting edge thought leadership. They’re responsible for developing advanced strategic recommendations, executing complex paid search campaigns and delivering campaign performance results to our clients.
Programmatic
The Programmatic Team is always looking for new ways to connect clients to their audience. They are subject matter experts in programmatic campaign planning, setup, optimization and reporting experience in platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP. They do not sit in a silo, but strive to work together across channels to achieve client goals. Partnership Media focuses on our direct buy relationships with partners like Spotify, Twitch, iHeart Media, Hulu, among others.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in and be permanently based in the United States on a full-time basis.
