Description

If you are a talented Marketing professional that is passionate about partners, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the cybersecurity industry, Cobalt has the perfect position for you. We are looking for a remote-based Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and to drive the development and execution of highly-impactful partner marketing programs to fuel our growth. This is a unique and highly-visible role to help us reach new audiences, build trust, and amplify the Cobalt brand within the cybersecurity space.

The Partner Marketing Manager will own the development, planning, execution, and delivery of pipeline through strategic joint partner marketing initiatives. With a strong marketing and partner background, this role will act as a subject matter expert for marketing-with, selling-through and enabling partners. Additionally, this individual will work with a cross-functional team to further develop partner marketing strategies to drive demand and deliver pipeline across the organization.

What You Would Do

  • Pursue, build and activate co-marketing campaigns to drive new partner pipeline opportunities with high-impact partners (resellers, referral, and white-label partners)
  • Leverage data and insights to build and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns and activations end-to-end across a multitude of owned, paid, and partner marketing channels
  • Grow, optimize and report on day-to-day funnel performance of new and existing partnership pipeline opportunities to drive business results 
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal partners across Sales, Business Development, Product & Content Marketing, Event Marketing, Digital/Paid Media, Website, Social and Brand/ PR to bring partner co-marketing efforts to life
  • Support partner account managers in sourcing new partners through marketing programs
  • Support and accelerate new partners through onboarding, activation and advocacy including classic partner channel marketing tactics and new, innovative approaches

You Must Have

  • 5 or more years of experience in partner marketing/demand generation, campaign marketing or equivalent at a fast-paced tech company
  • A strong background in managing and executing integrated campaigns and programs end-to-end: from gathering and leveraging data and insights to inform strategy, to developing messaging, creating landing pages, email and ad copy, to cross-channel execution and enablement, and measurement/reporting of results.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up team-focused culture and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Experience working in a client or partner facing role; and collaborating with partners on campaign ideation and execution.
  • Strong relationship-management skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • A self-starter attitude with a bias for action and ownership - you’re comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative to drive the program forward while operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple partnerships and campaigns at once.
  • Previous experience managing partnerships and/or co-marketing campaigns.

Nice to Have

  • Bonus points if you have experience with both Hubspot and Salesforce.
